The digital sales team is front and center at the intersection of digital growth and technology, focused on driving premium video and digital revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate sales pitches and establish close business relationships with all levels of clients.

Understand customer needs and develop solutions to those needs.

Manage agency & client relationships through day‑to‑day contact.

Own, manage and develop relationships with clients, agencies, and advertisers.

Look for opportunities to develop monetization solutions for clients and ensure superior customer service.

Actively participate in Network Sales Office projects and sales events.

Develop accounts from existing linear business to digital and branded content.

Work closely and collegially with Network AEs, Marketing, Insights, and Business Development teams.

Sell Digital, Branded Content, and Social advertising.

Schedule and execute meetings/presentations with buyers, planners, and clients.

Provide feedback and market input to strengthen opportunities and value proposition.

Develop strong relationships throughout Univision to present a unified market strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of work experience in multimedia and digital sales or related media sales.

2+ years of management experience.

Expertise in digital sales processes, platforms, technical markets, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, and budgeting across all digital asset types.

Strength in prospecting, generating proposals, and closing the sale.

Self‑motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong sales and business development expertise, consultative selling, and presentation skills.

Passion for digital advertising and content development; ability to sell in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Keen understanding of branded content sales monetization, creative, and execution process.

Ability to implement, sell, and execute digital & multi‑platform campaigns.

Exceptional writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and organization skills; detail‑oriented and trustworthy with confidential information.

Capacity to work and analyze numeric data; understand brand & marketing objectives.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a large organization.

Eligibility Requirements

Employment/education will be verified.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Must be willing to work from one of our offices.

Ability to travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.

Salary Range

150,000-210,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
