Responsibilities
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and contract quotas.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, aligning with customer C‑level executives.
Maintain an accurate Salesforce.com pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history.
Deliver an engaging value‑based sales methodology and drive meaningful customer value for all stakeholders, presenting the vision to the C‑level.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including solution development, deal‑term negotiation and contract closing for new business opportunities within the territory.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure appropriate expectations are established, communicated and documented.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and create opportunities for additional business growth.
Qualifications
5+ years of successful enterprise retail technology sales experience in tier one and two retail markets ($500M+), especially in grocery, convenience, DIY and specialty retail.
Demonstrable experience at complex selling to the business and C‑level, repeatedly exceeding $1M+ quotas.
Independent, resourceful, adaptable, achievement‑oriented self‑starter who develops territory into a functioning business.
Open‑minded, hands‑on, team‑oriented, down‑to‑earth communicator with experience interacting with inside sales, pre‑sales, alliances and sales operations.
Customer‑focused, building and maintaining long‑term, win‑win relationships with clients.
Value‑selling DNA with strong background utilizing value‑selling tools; RELEX customers experience high ROI, aligned with our solution and sales model.
Excellent communication skills in customer interactions, proposals, sales communications, internal updates and sales operations reporting in Salesforce.com.
Expert negotiation experience leading SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C‑level, technical teams and legal teams on new deals.
