About the Role The Sr. Electrical Engineering consultant is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and verifying the electrical systems within medical devices, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards while working closely with cross‑functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.

What You Will Do

Lead and contribute to design and development project teams, including: Test Method Validation, Electrical System Design, Schematic Capture, PCB Layout, Prototype Development, Verification & Validation Testing, EMC Compliance, Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance.

What You Will Bring

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Visio, Teams).

Statistical analysis software (Minitab).

SolidWorks experience preferred; experience with electronic data management system.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 7 years direct design experience in the medical device industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong engineering, design and analysis skills.

Experience with medical devices from concept to commercialization.

Understanding of FDA Quality Systems Regulations and EU MDR Regulations.
