Maintenance Supervisor – BRIDGE Housing Corporation, San Francisco, CA
Pay: $29.46/hr – $33.48/hr (based on skills and experience)
Summary The Maintenance Supervisor leads daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to repair, upkeep, and cleaning of all property and residential units, ensuring BRIDGE practices remain exemplary and residents experience a safe, secure, well‑maintained environment. The role includes on‑call responsibilities outside regular hours.
Responsibilities
Maintenance, repair and cleaning of apartments, including turnarounds (garbage disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re‑caulking, carpet cleaning)
Exterior property upkeep: gates, entrances, garage doors; trash pickup and removal; curb painting; oil removal from garage floor
Interior courtyards, corridors, light fixtures, window vents, and other shared spaces
Trash and garbage rooms with compactors and electric pallet jacks
Laundry rooms and washer/dryer equipment
Front lobby, community rooms, and elevators
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders
Update work order system: add new orders, modify, and close out completion
Qualifications
At least 1 year of facilities maintenance and repair experience, preferably in an apartment or residential setting
Positive, cooperative communication skills
Knowledge and skill using cleaning and maintenance equipment
Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance
