The Role The Senior Client Service Associate plays a key role in delivering the Personal Office® experience to NorthRock Partners’ clients and their family members. This role directly supports Advisors and collaborates with other Client Service Associates to ensure seamless execution of financial and lifestyle service requests. The Senior Associate contributes to an environment that promotes operational efficiency, innovation, and high‑touch client service.

What You’ll Do

Partner with team members and advisors to deliver client‑ready meeting prep and follow‑up materials, including serving as Client Relationship Manager for select clients

Collect data and documents for assigned clients, interpret client documents, and maintain up‑to‑date and accurate information in the CRM

Represent NorthRock and advisor practices by partnering with internal and external business partners to complete tasks and enhance the client experience

Collaborate with other Client Service Associates to design and implement improved processes and operational policies

Develop processes to exceed client service standards

Participate in client calls and meetings

Assist in executing special client requests and projects across the advisor team

Work directly with clients’ other professional partners to facilitate or resolve client requests

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

3+ years of industry‑specific experience and at least 1 year in a client service role

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle competing demands

Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce

Professional and timely communication skills across multiple platforms including in‑person, phone, and email

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS mobile technology; highly tech‑savvy

Service acumen across financial planning, insurance, tax services, estate planning, executive compensation, cash flow management, or accounting

Salary: $97,000 – $125,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives.
