Hiring salary range: $123,200 – $169,400 (plus bonus target) Overview

As part of our Development Services group, you will support Prologis’ strategic Customer‑Led and Data Center Development teams across the West, Central, and East regions. Key Responsibilities

Site Feasibility and Layout (40%) – conduct feasibility analyses and prepare conceptual site layouts in AutoCAD, coordinating access, grading, stormwater, and regulatory requirements. Land Acquisition Support (30%) – partner with internal teams and consultants to manage due diligence, identify and mitigate risks, and assess environmental, utility, fee, and geotechnical factors. Entitlement Coordination (20%) – manage entitlement processes for acquisitions and build‑to‑suit projects, track budgets, schedules, and consultant deliverables, and coordinate with municipalities. Design Coordination (5%) – work with design teams to integrate customer requirements and entitlement conditions across the Central Region. RFP Support (5%) – contribute to RFP responses by providing due diligence insights, entitlement details, and site planning information. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related development roles. Experience supporting due diligence, entitlement, and municipal approval for industrial or data center projects. Familiarity with site planning, permitting, and development documentation. Ability to research municipal zoning codes and site requirements across multiple markets. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Willingness to travel approximately 40% within the West region. Collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple project timelines. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Professional license (Engineer or Architect). Experience and willingness to use AI in workflow. Exposure to entitlements across multiple U.S. regions. Benefits
