Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in system design, troubleshooting, customer advocacy, and technical issue triaging (hardware, software, application, operational, process).
Experience reading code in a general‑purpose coding language (Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JavaScript) or in system design.
Active or the ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console managing users, services, and security settings.
Understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and maintaining the security of the Google Workspace domain.
Familiarity with general cloud computing concepts and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Ability to provision, manage, and secure user access, create and manage groups, and configure Organizational Units (OUs).
Excellent skills in controlling and configuring core Google Workspace services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.

You will advocate for customers internally to improve product experiences and journey in Google Workspace.
Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information.

Responsibilities
Lead deployment planning workshops to scope customer migrations to Google Workspace (GWS), including capabilities, timelines, and risks.
Develop technical architecture documentation for integrations specific to customer environments.
Configure and troubleshoot customer implementations, including networking, identity, security, integrations, etc.
Project and capture new customer feature requests unique to the US Public Sector and interact with GWS Product and Engineering teams to scope delivery.
Provide subject‑matter expertise for GWS pre‑sales and delivery projects for high‑priority customer engagements.
