Job Responsibilities
Build and execute rigorous test protocols for RF and mixed‑signal hardware.
Analyze test data to identify failure modes, drive root‑cause investigations, and feed improvements back into design.
Develop methods to optimize system resilience under space conditions.
Lead continuous improvement in test methodology, automation, and best practices.
Provide technical mentorship and help raise the bar for test engineering at Hubble.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams – hardware, software, and mechanical – to ensure reliability from initial design through manufacturing and in‑orbit operation.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in hardware validation, test engineering, or RF systems testing.
Experience in design, testing, and debugging of RF PCBAs and electronics reliability.
Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator.
Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++ for data analysis and test automation.
Root‑cause failure analysis experience with corrective actions focusing on RF systems.
Understanding of metrology, measurement error, and uncertainty analysis.
Experience with environmental testing: thermal, vibration, TVAC.
Ability to work independently and in a highly cross‑functional role.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Strongly Desired
5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, testing, or quality assurance within aerospace or satellite industry.
Experience in high‑volume manufacturing, assembling and testing electronic components.
Experience analyzing impact of radiation on electronic components and mitigation strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $145,000.00 – $185,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
