They understand market trends and have a proven track record for collaborating with Directors of Marketing to put together sound business plans and supporting action steps. They are articulate and confident, able to advocate the importance and relevance of the spa experience in our Midtown location.
What You Will Do
Lead the full scope of spa operations, including service delivery, financial management, and team leadership.
Develop and implement a dynamic spa menu that reflects the latest trends in wellness, holistic modalities, and luxury service.
Ensure the consistent delivery of 5‑star guest experiences, maintaining the highest service and hygiene standards.
Drive business performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, achieving both revenue and profit targets.
Oversee retail management and implement successful marketing strategies to increase visibility and profitability.
Partner with hotel leadership to align spa initiatives with broader brand and operational objectives.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of management experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
Proven expertise in spa operations, service standards, and team leadership within a 5‑star hospitality context.
Strong knowledge of spa modalities, wellness therapies, and holistic health trends.
Demonstrated success in developing spa menus, managing retail programs, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
Previous hands‑on experience as a therapist (massage, aesthetics, or acupuncture) preferred.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and delivering transformative guest experiences.
