Construction Manager: Renovation & Envelope/MEP Upgrades

A multi-disciplinary firm seeks a Construction Manager to oversee complex reconstruction and renovation projects at their Palo Alto, CA office. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, interacting with developers and owners, and overseeing contractors. The ideal candidate has a BSCE or BSSE degree and 3-5 years of construction project management experience, with expertise in building envelope/waterproofing remediation and MEP upgrades.
