The skills needed for the role include:
8 plus years' experience driving engineering and operational excellence across complex hardware programs or multi-faceted engineering teams.
Proven knowledge and expertise in optical transceivers, optical modules, silicon photonics or high‑speed hardware.
Previous experience successfully executing optical / photonic programs from concept through to volume manufacturing.
Experienced with lab workflows, validation cycles and test planning, with ability to manage lab operational readiness effectively.
Excellent communicator, with ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
Previous experience scaling engineering and operational teams at high‑growth startup.
