SAP Transportation Management Consultant – Life Sciences

About the Role As a consultant you will partner with clients on SAP functional transformation programs, combining deep SAP application knowledge with functional process expertise. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:
Engaging with the client on business challenges and trends, and illustrating the potential value of current and future SAP solutions.
Working with customers to define their SAP journey—developing business cases, roadmaps, and participating in sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architecting end‑to‑end solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner add‑ons.
Advising, designing, and delivering solutions based on industry best practices and the latest technology, integrating SAP solutions with embedded innovation.
Staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations, becoming a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture Leadership.
Building assets and best practices to support the broader delivery organization.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need
Minimum of 3 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Science clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum of 1 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementation, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Science clients.
Prior experience in an advisory/consulting role.
Degree and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6‑year work experience.
Compensation & Location Annual salary ranges (annual base only, total compensation varies with location, role, skill set, and level of experience):
California: $63,800 to $205,800
Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $205,800
Washington: $68,000 to $189,300
