Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Rocky Mount, NC. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales and productivity goals, and maintain store standards. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting a safe shopping and working environment. The role requires the ability to effectively address customer needs and drive overall store performance.
Qualifications
Strong background in Store Management and knowledge of retail operations
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Effective Communication skills to lead teams and interact with customers
Experience with Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
