Role Summary Xapien is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join the Solutions team. You will work at the intersection of Xapien’s platform capabilities, customer needs, and business value, leading solution discovery and creating solution designs that maximise the value of Xapien’s AI platform to prospects and customers. As a subject‑matter expert (SME) you will leverage market understanding across pre‑ and post‑sales activities and partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to deliver compelling solutions.
Base Pay Range $145,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to qualify, develop, and progress pipeline opportunities by providing solution expertise throughout the customer journey.
Act as the primary SME resource and trusted advisor during the sales process, deeply understanding client challenges and requirements. Lead discovery sessions to map current processes and identify alignment with Xapien’s platform capabilities and roadmap.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof‑of‑value sessions, and solution designs, tailored to specific client pain points and industry sectors.
Own the solution for each of Xapien’s Enterprise clients by working closely with the client, Product, and Engineering teams during the sales and discovery stages to build compelling solution designs that enable our clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
Complete RFP responses and respond to client queries on features, security, APIs, integrations, and best practices, engaging with internal stakeholders where required.
Equip the go‑to‑market team with up‑to‑date enablement collateral, sales guides, competitive positioning, and FAQs.
Develop and maintain documentation and case studies that showcase Xapien’s value proposition in key markets.
Support clients through onboarding and implementation, leading configuration workshops, ensuring smooth early‑stage adoption for new clients, developing solutions to address and overcome client challenges within current platform capabilities.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing teams to gather and relay customer insights and evolving trends from the field to contribute to ongoing product strategy and development.
Represent Xapien at client meetings, industry events, and external partner engagements as a subject matter expert.
Stay up‑to‑date on trends in due diligence, AI, third‑party/supply chain risk, and compliance to guide clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a client‑facing solution consulting, pre‑sales or advisory/consulting role (either SaaS or professional services environment).
Familiarity with due diligence, supply chain/third party risk management, KYC/AML, or compliance.
Experience engaging with senior‑level stakeholders at large multinational organizations.
Demonstrable track record supporting successful go‑to‑market execution and complex deal cycles.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical buyers and influence all levels of customer stakeholders.
Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong partnership skills to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Confident delivering live demos, handling objections, and conducting workshops/webinars for prospects.
Analytical, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly‑evolving commercial environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Nice to Have
Good understanding of CRM, sales intelligence, and GTM tools such as HubSpot and other sales enablement platforms.
Experience supporting software integrations (APIs, SSO, etc.) is highly desirable.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies.
