Senior Consultant – Product Manager (Score and Attributes)

Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) is part of TransUnion’s Global Solutions organization and focuses on delivering accurate and comprehensive information on individuals, businesses, and assets. Our mission is to support global commerce and consumer credit transactions by developing actionable data and insights along with customer‑centric tools that enable organizations to effectively discern risk and manage credit decisions for the broadest population possible.
Key Responsibilities
Support the product development lifecycle for scores and attributes within TransUnion’s Alternative Data vertical.
Identify customer needs across multiple international markets, prioritize development, and manage model governance and approvals.
Work with internal stakeholders to bring new products to market.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, contribute to forecast and P&L, manage and optimize existing products, and drive continuous improvement.
Engage with regional teams to understand market conditions, regulatory environments, and customer behaviors to localize and optimize products.
Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams to ensure full understanding of product capabilities, value proposition, and support customer‑facing interactions.
Support development of new scores and attributes, manage rollout, and provide training and support materials.
Monitor competitive landscape, utilize analytics and feedback loops to continuously monitor performance, and use key metrics to drive product iterations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all jurisdictions and proactively mitigate risks.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, or product‑adjacent work, with some experience with model development or governance.
Governance expertise: Ability to navigate product governance processes while balancing stakeholder input and ensuring alignment with compliance, legal, and privacy requirements.
Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and support go‑to‑market processes with customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.

Pay Scale U.S. base salary range: $82,700 – $120,000 annually. The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of compensation for this role. Actual compensation is based on education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and market considerations. Full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible for bonus and long‑term incentives as per company guidance.
