Base pay range: $133,300 - $195,700 per year

What you’ll do

Lead the Operations Excellence Action Team (50%)

Shape and guide the strategic direction of the OpsEx Action Team, ensuring alignment with DaVita’s enterprise priorities and long-term value creation.

Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption and execution of multi-year Operational Excellence objectives.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate operational transformation, foster innovation, and scale best practices across DaVita’s ecosystem.

Strategic Scoping & Special Projects (12%)

Scope, plan, and execute multiple complex, fast-moving projects that advance DaVita’s operational and strategic goals.

Identify and analyze issues and opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.

Partner closely with leaders across the Village to define long-term strategy and innovation priorities.

Establish clear metrics and track execution to ensure accountability and measurable impact.

Executive Support & Partnership (10%)

Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior and executive leaders.

Support strategic discussions, executive meetings, and presentations—helping to shape agendas, craft compelling narratives, and align decision-making.

Operational Management & Process Improvement (10%)

Identify gaps or opportunities to improve team operations, developing scalable processes and communication plans to drive progress.

Maintain visibility into all key initiatives—tracking metrics, milestones, and outcomes to ensure clarity and accountability across the organization.

Other Duties as Assigned (10%)

Flex into high-priority efforts as needed to support DaVita’s evolving business and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles—healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influence capabilities across all levels of the organization.
