3–5 years of experience selling event space within hospitality, large venues, private clubs, or event-focused concepts Proven record of driving revenue and achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor a team member Skilled in building or refining sales strategies, KPIs, and systems Preferred Background & Skills
Experience selling corporate events, group gatherings, social functions, or ticketed experiences Background in multi-outlet hospitality groups or multi-concept environments Experience supporting openings or large-scale growth initiatives Key Responsibilities
Lead event sales efforts for a premium event venue with integrated dining and beverage operations Drive revenue from corporate groups, social events, private parties, and large-scale rentals Mentor and develop a Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with revenue goals Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to execute high-quality events Redesign and implement event sales programs and processes to enhance performance and guest satisfaction Why This Opportunity
