Pratt & Whitney is working to once again transform the future of flight—designing, building and servicing engines unlike any the world has ever seen. We are seeking a Sr. Manager to lead commodity execution activities for the 30K engine platform. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior leadership across Pratt & Whitney and the IAE LLC Network members.
What You Will Do:
Create and execute supply chain strategies that align with the GTF Aftermarket cost, delivery, and quality objectives.
Support repair suppliers, 30K Network Partners, and Commercial Engines Leadership to drive alignment on key program strategies and business requirements.
Ensure the 30K repair supply base is right‑sized to support network demand and turnaround‑time metrics.
Develop or support mitigation plans for key constrained repairs to meet tactical and strategic objectives.
Lead the sourcing team, promote a positive employee experience by creating executable plans and delivering on commitments.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in purchasing, operations, strategic sourcing or supply chain management with prior team leadership responsibilities; or an advanced degree and 7 years of the above experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Effective communication at all leadership levels.
Experience with the IAE Network and its partnerships.
Additional Information: This is a U.S.-based onsite role. The salary range is $124,000 – $250,000 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and more depending on the business unit.
