Our mission is to provide a full continuum of care services including nursing home care, managed long‑term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and more.
We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).
Position Overview RiverSpring Living is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Office Operations to provide leadership and oversight of all administrative and operational functions within our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role ensures efficient coordination, communication, and workflow across staffing coordinators, HR, scheduling, billing, and verification teams, with responsibility for payroll accuracy and timely staff compensation. The Associate Director plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting service quality, and optimizing operational performance. This leader also fosters a culture of service excellence by coaching staff to promote RiverSpring’s full range of home care options—including private pay—and by aligning office operations to drive referrals, compliance, and growth across RiverSpring and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee staffing coordinators to ensure timely case coverage, monitor open cases, and track daily census.
Ensure seamless coordination between nursing, HR, billing, and scheduling teams to support compliance, case management, and revenue flow.
Track key operational metrics and report findings to the Executive Director.
Support adherence to DOH regulations, personnel file requirements, and supervisory visit timelines.
Conduct workflow assessments and implement standardized procedures to improve communication, efficiency, and response times.
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and engagement for LHCSA staff.
Oversee client and family communications, ensuring timely resolution and a high‑quality, concierge‑style experience.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for LHCSA staff and leadership.
Collaborate across the RiverSpring continuum to align staffing and support effective service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare operations.
Proven success managing teams, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to promote engagement and accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HHAeXchange (or similar home care management systems).
Knowledge of MLTC, private pay programs, and referral processes preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position includes full supervisory duties, including selecting, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff or effectively recommending such actions.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
