Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Divisional Vice President - Masis Professional Group Executive Assistant to support senior executive in downtown Boston asset management firm. Position entails arranging domestic and international travel, both private and public. Complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, expense reports. Will also assist others in the office with administrative work as well as some office management tasks.
This senior executive is very busy, travels extensively, and needs someone who is a master of detail. There could be some personal work as well.
Will work in the office five days a week .
