Summary Microsoft 365 Administrator
Position Highlights
The Microsoft 365 Administrator will participate within a dynamic and globally expanding infrastructure environment which includes focus and dedication to leveraging cloud technologies, and systems transformation. Primary responsibilities will be to oversee the administration of Moffitt's M365 platform, including but not limited to the management and support of Exchange, email archiving and security, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, Power Automate and related M365 products. As a Microsoft 365 administrator this position will actively contribute to multiple business enabling projects while providing day-to-day technical support of the platform.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of all M365 and Exchange email products. Support deployment, provisioning and data validation and restoration as needed.
Supports and maintains M365 SharePoint Sites, MS Teams, Exchange and related applications. Manage intake, creation and implementation of SharePoint sites based on current Moffitt governance models for design, security and data compliance.
Work with business users to determine appropriate design and configuration requirements. Assist other team members and business site owners with configuration requirements and provide day-to-day operations support.
Respond to service Incidents and Request in support of the Moffitt Community. Document KTLO and project efforts in Jira.
Provide ancillary and backup support to Azure System and Exchange Administrators as required.
Credentials and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree – field of study: Cloud systems and application administration
Minimum of 3 years experience of hands on work in the Microsoft Office 365 environment
-OR-
Associate’s degree with an additional two (2) years of relevant technology experience plus the three (3) years (for a total of 5 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.

High School Diploma with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the three (3) years (for a total of 7 years)
MUST have experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and IT application or infrastructure technical administration especially in the areas of M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Automate/Apps, Active directory/Azure Active Directory. Experience developing training materials and training end users.
