About the Role The JDE Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) environment at Nitto, Inc. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and security, and provides technical support for end users and IT staff. The JDE Administrator collaborates with Oracle DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ERP solutions and maintain compliance with company policies.

Candidates across the United States will be considered. Regardless of your location, you are expected to maintain availability for meetings and calls aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day support, administration, and problem resolution for JDE E1 applications.

Build and deploy server and client packages; apply ESUs, ASUs, updates, and service packs.

Administer JDE security, print and batch queues, performance tuning, and monitoring.

Set up and manage JDE environments, path codes, and instances.

Monitor and manage application system performance and availability.

Provide timely support for end users and maintain up-to-date knowledge of JDE architecture and CNC components.

Proactively tune performance and mitigate risks.

Manage batch jobs using the JDE job scheduler.

Collaborate with Oracle DBA on database activities, issues, and environment refreshes.

Maintain documentation and follow change management procedures for all system changes.

Support workstation installation and JDE client setup.

Apply localization ESUs and language packs as required.

Administrator JDE 3rd party applications including AllOut Security, Create!Form, Loftware, and RF Gen.

Other duties assigned by the audit department and Nitto’s management.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5 years experience, 3+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC administration.

Experience with OMW, package builds, ESU management, and JDE security.

Familiarity with Oracle database administration and ERP integrations.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Required Skills

Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC tools and utilities.

Experience with Oracle databases, Windows Server, and network administration.

Familiarity with BI Publisher, OneView Reporting, and Loftware.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Excellent research skills to find all related information needed.

Ability to manage 3rd party vendors, as required.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP integrations and multi-site environments.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., JSOX, SOX).

Pay Range and Compensation Package The anticipated compensation range is $90,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
