Building TechBio and Clinical Teams across the UK, Paris & Berlin | Client Associate
Join a mission‑driven AI company working to transform the future of drug discovery and development.
Most attempts to develop new medicines fail, and the process is often slow, costly, and data‑limited. Our team is building advanced AI systems that analyze large‑scale human genetic and multi‑omic datasets to uncover new biological insights and accelerate the development of next‑generation therapeutics.
We are seeking a high‑agency Bioinformatic Engineer, Infrastructure to help build and scale the core systems behind our AI and scientific platform. Your work will have a direct impact on how quickly new discoveries move toward helping patients.
What You Will Do
Own infrastructure across cloud and secure research environments, including compute, storage, and data layers.
Collaborate closely with AI, research, and engineering teams to support large‑scale data analysis and evidence generation.
Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in high‑compute environments.
Contribute to platform development that will support thousands of scientists globally.
What You Bring
3+ years of engineering experience in high‑growth, product‑driven tech environments.
Strong experience with HPC, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern AI tooling.
Proven ability to design and scale data systems, from unstructured data lakes to relational schemas; experience in bioinformatics or genomics is a plus.
Ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving environments with shifting priorities.
Bonus: background or interest in biology, medicine, or drug discovery.
Why Join
Work directly with some of the world’s largest real‑world human datasets.
Lead high‑impact projects with autonomy and visibility.
Competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and hybrid/on‑site flexibility, with EU relocation support available.
