Description About the Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting both Clinical Operations and MSO teams, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders while also providing hands‑on support to employees. This role blends operational HR expertise with healthcare business knowledge, ensuring alignment between HR practices, organizational goals, and the delivery of high‑quality care. We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, and healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in both Clinical Operations and MSO functions, providing guidance on workforce strategy, organizational design, and HR best practices.

Partner with department heads to design and implement performance review processes (e.g., 9‑box, development plans, annual reviews) that foster employee growth and support organizational goals.

Conduct regular check‑ins with managers and employees, facilitating discussions on performance, development, and career progression.

Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with policies and laws.

Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce planning needs, including succession planning, staffing, and skills development.

Coach and educate managers on effective people management, employee engagement, and accountability practices.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Act as a mediator and advocate, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance workplace culture.

Partner with the HR team on company‑wide initiatives such as engagement programs, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness projects.

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Experience supporting healthcare operations and/or MSO functions strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. Our available offices for this position are located at 8880 W Sunset Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas NV 89148 or 19500 HWY 249, Suite 570 Houston, TX 77070.

The total compensation target range for this role is: $90,000 – $100,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
