A leading corporate law firm is seeking a
Corporate & Securities Associate
with
4–6 years of experience
to join its
Austin office . The role offers exposure to cutting-edge clients in technology and life sciences, advising on a variety of corporate and securities matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, and private company M&A
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documents
Collaborate with team members across offices and with clients to deliver high-quality legal services
Support complex corporate transactions and strategic corporate initiatives
Qualifications
4–6 years of relevant experience in venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, or M&A
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $310,000 – $390,000, based on experience and year classification
Discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded
