Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Education And Experience
At least 3 years of HCHB and HCHB Analytics experience in Home Health or Hospice field.
Preferred experience in a help desk setting supporting HCHB.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements.
Work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases.
Evaluate information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
