Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part Time Position

– Multiple opportunities available. Work field‑based afterschool hours, in‑home. Flexible part‑time hours: Monday to Friday afternoons (3pm‑7pm), minimum 3 days per week.

Your Role as a BCBA

Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality ABA service delivery.

Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence‑based intervention plans.

Provide family and caregiver training through monthly sessions.

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
