This innovative product's core appeal lies in its mission to merge the physical and digital worlds, transforming how people play, learn, and interact with technology.

About the Role: As an Influence Marketing Lead you will be responsible for product console global influencer strategy, managing relationships with creators, agencies, and communities across multiple markets. This role is responsible for designing and executing influencer-driven campaigns that position the console as the ultimate "brain gym" and entertainment device, while driving awareness, engagement, and revenue. Influence Marketing Lead will establish scalable processes for influencer selection, collaboration, content approval, and performance measurement. They will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of influencer managers, coordinators, and analysts.

Responsibilities: Strategy

Define and execute cube console global influencer marketing strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and emerging platforms

Align influencer marketing with proct brand positioning, product launches, and revenue objectives

Campaign Execution

Develop scalable influencer collaboration models (sponsored content, UGC, affiliates, long-term ambassadors)

Manage negotiations and contracts with influencers and agencies, balancing cost efficiency with quality

Oversee creative briefs, content approvals, and campaign timelines to ensure brand consistency

Coordinate with performance marketing teams to amplify influencer content via paid media

Search, scout and organise influencer publications (aim for 20 publications per month)

Analytics & ROI

Define KPIs (reach, CTR, engagement rate, ROAS, conversion)

Establish tracking, attribution, and reporting systems for influencer campaigns

Continuously optimize partnerships based on performance, learning, and ROI

Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with top creators and talent agencies

Represent the company's product in influencer communities and industry events

Create programs to turn influencers into brand advocates

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing

Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of scaling influencer programs globally with measurable ROI

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer tech, gaming, or lifestyle products

Negotiation: Skilled in managing contracts, pricing models, and long-term partnerships

Analytical: Strong command of influencer analytics, attribution tools, and performance measurement

Languages: native or fluent English required
