About This Job Special Event Design & Production Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a seasonal position from January 2026 to February 28, 2026. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate pick, pack, and pull of technical equipment for special events. Duties include equipment testing, quality control, product cleanliness, and safely loading and unloading trucks. You will manage inventory and handle transportation to and from venues or vendors.
Responsibilities
Assist a team to pick, pack, pull technical equipment for detailed special events.
Read detailed equipment pull lists quickly and accurately.
Deliver and pick up event equipment to and from venues and vendors when needed.
Uphold the integrity of the company brand with cleanliness and immaculate presentation.
Maintain workspace and common areas of the warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work occasional late hours, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑paced work environment.
Basic knowledge of lighting/sound/video equipment preferred.
Experience with soldering, cable termination, and electronics maintenance helpful.
Knowledge of power and power distribution helpful.
What We Offer
Seasonal hourly position during our busy season.
Pay: $21 per hour.
Physical Demands
Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
Push/pull/lift up to 70 pounds.
Continual standing and/or walking without limitation up to 10 hours daily.
Work in environments that may be noisy, unheated, and not air‑conditioned.
Full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists.
