Wholesale Manager-High End Activewear – Los Angeles, CA High end activewear company seeking a new Wholesale Manager in Los Angeles. Must meet the following requirements to be considered.

This role will build the wholesale channel from the ground up: strategy, pricing, processes, and relationships with retail partners. The Manager will lead the channel end‑to‑end, owning program framework, pricing models, operational processes, and cultivating partnerships.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Development: build wholesale strategy and roadmap aligned with brand goals; define program structures, pricing models, order minimums, margin expectations, and distribution guidelines; develop wholesale‑specific policies, playbooks, and account management processes.

Business Development & Partnerships: identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with retailers—from specialty boutiques to major accounts; own relationship management; negotiate terms, contracts, and promotional opportunities; grow partnerships.

Operational Excellence: collaborate with planning, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management; oversee wholesale order processes, timelines, and account communication; build reporting tools to track sales, profitability, and partner performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with brand, marketing, and product teams to align wholesale initiatives with product launches and campaigns; ensure wholesale strategy supports the DTC‑first brand experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of wholesale, sales, or distribution experience in apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Proven track record of building and scaling wholesale programs, ideally from early stage.

Strong network and established relationships with key retail buyers is a plus.

Deep understanding of wholesale pricing structures, retail math, and margins.

Entrepreneurial mindset—able to build systems and processes from scratch while executing day‑to‑day.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
