Join Solstice Advanced Materials as a LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt and play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide operational excellence and digital transformation. This high‑impact position leads the deployment of Lean Six Sigma strategies across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and commercial operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and P&L targets. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, mentoring and certifying Black, Green, and Yellow Belts, facilitating advanced training workshops, and championing a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable business results.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and Digitalization, work on a hybrid schedule from either Morris Plains, NJ or Houston, TX, and travel 50–75% domestically to lead onsite training and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and manage the LSS deployment strategy across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Align continuous improvement projects with strategic objectives and P&L targets.

Serve as thought leader for Operational Excellence initiatives across the enterprise.

Train, mentor, coach, and certify Black, Green, and Yellow Belts to ensure successful execution of projects.

Facilitate advanced training workshops in Lean Six Sigma and statistical methods.

Ensure quantifiable savings.

Identify emerging technology and methodology to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

Certification as a Master Black Belt or achieved within 18 months in role.

10+ years of Lean Six Sigma experience, with 3‑5 years as a Master Black Belt.

Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical tools.

Strong communication skills.

Strong track record and passion to train, coach, and mentor others.

U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or asylum/refugee status (due to export control compliance).

We Value

Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent degree preferred.

History of leading multimillion dollar projects in high and WC savings.

Ability to influence across functions and levels in a matrixed environment.

Understanding of chemical end‑to‑end processes.

Familiarity with digital transformation, data analytics, or smart manufacturing.

The base salary range is $160,000 – $210,000.
