FP&A Manager – Tri-Valley Career Center Join us as the FP&A Manager at Tri-Valley Career Center, where you will provide financial direction, guidance, oversight, and support for all Clinical Diagnostic Group (CDG) and Life Science Group (LSG) FP&A activities. You will own Sales/Product Margin reporting and act as the financial advisor for CDG/LSG Business Partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support development of the annual and strategic plan, interim forecasts, and detailed revenue plans with CDG/LSG managers.

Provide simulation, financial guidance, risk, and impact analysis.

Deliver business specific inputs into monthly variance reviews, quarterly analysis, and other activities related to accounting closes.

Provide finance support to leadership enabling decision making and delivery of financial targets; evaluate forward‑looking risk & opportunities.

Prepare performance packages for CDG/LSG deep‑drop financial reviews and ensure timely issuance.

Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Develop forward‑looking weekly/monthly revenue reports; explore AI applicability; lead automation projects such as Sales/GM per product dashboard.

Serve as subject matter expert in Revenue and Product margin.

Develop financial strategy with business partners for profitability, product rationalization, price erosion, standard cost and mix for portfolio profitability maximization and distribution channel optimization.

Perform contribution margin analysis and support close‑loop projects and net working capital optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

8+ years of applicable experience, preferably in a multinational public company; SAP and EPM experience desired.

Supervisory or management experience.

Experience with internal and external financial reporting in corporate finance groups or national CPA firms.

Skills

Strong financial acumen to provide significant financial guidance for CDG/LSG.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a methodical, data‑driven approach.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficient in automation tools, advanced Excel skills; ability to extract complete and accurate information from multiple sources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tell the story behind the information.

Ability to present complex financial data with a focus on operational excellence.

Leadership skills: guiding staff with clear objectives and fostering openness to new ideas; evaluating growth needs and providing continuous coaching.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills across matrixed organization levels.

Solid knowledge of US GAAP accounting.

Compensation and Benefits Estimated base salary range: $117,900 to $162,200. Competitive variable annual bonus based on objectives and company performance.
