Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Lead analytics projects across advertising products, contributing to analytics, data visualization, architecture, and strategic initiatives.
Perform ad‑hoc and deep‑dive analyses to support decision‑making and uncover product opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and strategy teams.
Partner with engineering teams to shape and improve data architecture and ensure scalable, reliable pipelines.
Support A/B testing by analyzing results and recommending actions to improve product performance.
Design and develop dashboards and data visualizations to guide key business decisions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data efforts with strategic goals.
Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Product Analytics or a related role.
Preferred experience in the media/publishing industry with its unique audience data challenges and opportunities.
Preferred strong understanding of market research and competitive intelligence.
Preferred excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Hands‑on experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
Knowledge of data governance practices and data management best practices.
This is a hybrid position based in New York City, with an in‑office requirement of four days per week.

The base salary for this role is between $149,000 - $181,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
