WAREHOUSE MANAGER — Full Time (Arkadelphia, AR)

We are a fast-growing, family-owned engine parts company seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and elevate all warehouse operations at our Arkadelphia facility. This is a high-visibility, hands‑on leadership role where you will shape the warehouse flow, build the team, and drive efficiency across the entire operation.
What You’ll Do As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all daily warehouse activities, including:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, schedule, and mentor warehouse staff with accountability and clear expectations.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, productive team environment.
Create strong communication flow between warehouse, production, QC, purchasing, and customer service.
Warehouse Operations & Flow
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, staging, replenishment, and inventory control.
Design and continuously improve warehouse flow to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Implement and maintain 5S / Lean warehouse standards throughout every area.
Ensure timely movement of WIP, raw materials, finished goods, and special/private‑label orders.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate bin locations, stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory integrity.
Work closely with purchasing on stock shortages, backorders, and replenishment.
Oversee quality control holds, quarantined product, and return‑to‑stock processes.
Systems & Technology
Utilize SAP Business One (or similar ERP) for:
Receiving
Inventory transfers
Bin location management
Production order flow connection
Shipping & documents
Lead digital process improvements, scanning implementation, and improved workflows.
Safety, Compliance & Organization
Enforce safety rules, OSHA compliance, and warehouse standards.
Maintain clean, organized workstations, staging areas, aisles, and equipment through 5S.
Manage warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, scales, printers, etc.).
Requirements Required
10 years experience in warehousing with at least 5 years in a leadership or manager role.
Strong experience managing people, developing teams, and holding staff accountable.
Deep understanding of warehouse flow, material movement, inventory control, and fulfillment.
Hands‑on experience building and maintaining 5S / Lean systems.
ERP experience required — SAP Business One highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make data‑driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑departmentally.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, automotive/engine parts, or distribution.
Experience implementing scanning systems or warehouse automation tools.
Forklift certification.
Experience with private‑label orders, kits, and high SKU environments.
