Call Center Representative reports to Boston to work Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Answer patient's phone calls, register them, and schedule appointments
Help schedule and discuss patient's needs
Qualifications
Must be comfortable talking on the phone to help schedule and discuss patient's needs
Being able to speak Spanish or Haitian Creole is a Big Plus
