Position Summary
Full‑time physician available immediately to provide primary care services to frail participants of the Neighborhood PACE program.
Responsibilities
Provide geriatric primary care in PACE clinics, at home, and in assisted living/nursing facilities.
Qualifications
Certification in Adult or Family Medicine (Geriatrics certification desirable). Significant experience practicing with frail adults. Spanish proficiency preferred.
