Organizational Change Management - Life Sciences Consultant
Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large‑scale transformation programs. Set and manage change‑adoption criteria to achieve desired outcomes. Act as a point of contact for communications, organizational design, leadership engagement, learning, and change‑impact management.
Build and manage key client and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to, and drive, business development proposals.
Within large transformation teams, you may manage a major workstream, regional deployment, or entire project, and interface with senior client leaders.
Qualifications
Experience delivering organizational change management on IT‑enabled transformation programmes. Experience with S/4 HANA, Salesforce, or Veeva CRM is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of change‑management methodologies, approaches and deliverables.
Empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal fluency in English (C2 proficiency).
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience.
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
Experience in communication management, business readiness, organizational design, benefits realization, and training & development.
Outstanding communication, presentation, client‑service, and networking skills with stakeholder engagement experience.
Ability to contribute to bid work, write proposals, and deliver client presentations.
Self‑starter; able to lead workshops, work in a matrix‑team structure, and assume client‑facing roles at client locations (on‑site, hybrid, or fully remote).
Experience working at management level, ideally in the private sector.
Willingness to travel to clients based in the UK and Europe.
