Insurance Defense Attorney - Fully Remote

Our client is a premier insurance defense litigation firm known for its strong trial team and long‑standing relationships with national insurance carriers. They are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, or property damage claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from start to finish.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and dispositive motions.
Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing).
1–7+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
Trial experience or significant deposition and motion practice is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $300,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
