A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Business Litigation Associate (2–4 years PQE) to join its high-profile and collaborative Miami office. This role involves handling a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters for corporate clients within a top-tier Business Litigation practice.
This position offers strong mentorship, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to work on significant disputes in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
About The Team
Work alongside seasoned litigators known for exceptional client service and a culture focused on associate development. The team handles complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice and aggressive representation to industry-leading clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support and lead commercial litigation matters and trials
Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and prepare for hearings
Collaborate with partners and co-counsel on case strategy and client communication
Manage case timelines and coordinate with internal teams and outside experts
Provide legal research and analysis on complex business disputes
Who You Are
2–4 years of litigation experience at a well-regarded law firm
Strong advocacy and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials
Experience handling complex commercial disputes
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Federal clerkship experience or current federal clerkship (2024-2025 term) is a plus
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
Compensation
