Behavioral Health Counseling Manager

Oversee clinic functions including scheduling, encounter registration, patient record maintenance, insurance verifications. Serve as liaison with other departments and partners to resolve day‑to‑day activities. Provide training, on‑site supervision, and support for daily operations of the psychiatry clinic. Directly supervise assigned team members, act as key point person for questions and issue resolution. Interface with patients, physicians, employees, and others to build positive relationships. Identify and implement operational improvements to meet quality standards and patient experience goals. Advisew providers, employees, and administration; analyze and resolve problems; interpret policies. Supervise staff to ensure accountability and stewardship of operational, financial, and human resources. Minimum Qualifications
Thirteen years of related experience, or an advanced degree in related area plus seven years of related experience/training. Behavioral Health experience (clinical, leadership, educational, or research). Proven success in supervising a team and managing complex workflow with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications
Licensed in a behavioral health discipline. Experience in patient experience improvement initiatives. Fluency in Spanish. Special Conditions
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Employment subject to a criminal background check and pre‑employment physical.
