MEP Project Manager – Healthcare Division

Overview We are currently seeking an MEP Project Manager for our Healthcare Division in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities
Providing leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and management of personnel
Project start‑up, completion, and the entire close‑out process
Developing strategy for personnel development and recruiting
Managing contractual issues
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion
Providing leadership and development for the project team
Making final decisions in problem resolution
Developing and implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
Identifying issues for the Program Manager to ensure project success
Reviewing and approving preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete
Ensuring construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed
Coordinating with the Safety Manager to ensure projects meet safety goals
Qualifications
7+ years of MEP project experience
Healthcare project experience preferred
Federal project experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience managing construction teams
Success in client relationships
Specific roles may require relocation
