Salary Range:
$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and maintain PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
Design, integrate, and commission new control systems, electrical panels, and automation solutions.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for automation and electrical control issues.
Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control system documentation, and software backups.
Implement and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations in control system design.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Siemens) for industrial automation.
Experience designing and deploying HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Ignition).
Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues in a production environment.
Familiarity with robotics, motion control systems, and servo drives.
Knowledge of process control principles and industrial instrumentation.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) programming and integration.
Proficiency in vision system programming and integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
Knowledge of industrial data management platforms (e.g., SQL databases, OSIsoft PI, Historian).
Experience with functional safety design and implementation (e.g., SIL, PL, safety PLCs).
Familiarity with MES/SCADA system integration and development.
