Status Part-Time, Salaried

Pay Range $121,935.00 - $156,140.00 per year

Job Overview The Assistant Director of Patient Care will oversee and delegate the daily operations of a fast‑paced PAV 3 Surgical unit while fostering a positive work environment. They will anticipate and address complex, individual patient needs and create an efficient workflow within the unit.

Required Qualifications

BSN

Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience

Active RN New Jersey License

BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

Specialty certification

Essential Duties

Adequate communication with staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

Supervise, assess, and evaluate safe, quality care of all patients during shift

Perform daily audits of clinical documentation and care plans

Conduct daily patient rounds for patient satisfaction and coordination of care

Schedule

36 hours per week – Night shift

Weekends may be required
