Role Description
This is a full‑time, mostly on‑site role located in Chatham, NJ, for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal motions, conducting in‑depth legal research, managing depositions, attending court proceedings and assisting in all aspects of litigation. The role ensures comprehensive case support throughout various stages of legal processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law, with a solid understanding of legal principles and procedures
Experience with drafting and reviewing Motions and other legal documents
Strong Research skills to analyze legal issues and case law
Capability in conducting Depositions and managing deposition summaries
Familiarity with legal practices and operations in Courts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented and strong analytical abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey Bar
Prior experience in labor and employment law and/or criminal defense is a plus
