Job Description
AT&T is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy front‑end applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6. The role is located at 1025 Lenox Park Blvd. NE., Atlanta, GA 30319.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of front‑end applications.
Ensure applications are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance across devices and browsers.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user‑centric designs and enhance user experience.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with back‑end developers to integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic.
Use Scrum framework, Agile, and DevOps practices to deliver quality software.
Support software solutions in production with a 20‑minute SLA on recovery.
Lead phased deployments, A/B testing, and maintain a 72‑hour backlog‑to‑production cadence.
Utilize Bootstrap, server‑side rendering, micro‑services architecture, CDN, headless CMS, and asynchronous APIs.
Integrate alternative payment systems including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Apply e‑commerce best practices, feature flagging, blue/green deployments, monitoring, and logging.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience leading front‑end application design, development, and deployment.
Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and front‑end frameworks.
Proficiency with accessible and responsive design, performance optimization, and cross‑browser compatibility.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and applying user‑centric design principles.
Experience with Bootstrap, server‑side rendering, micro‑services, CDN, headless CMS, and asynchronous APIs.
Knowledge of alternative payment systems (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and e‑commerce UI/UX best practices.
Skill in DevOps and Agile practices, including Scrum, DevOps tooling, and continuous delivery.
Strong communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills.
Compensation Annual salary range: $152,131 – $192,600. Additional rewards and benefits are available.
