Qualifications and Experience
Experience : 10+ Years of professional experience in data science, specifically within the
AdTech ,
MarTech , or related digital advertising domains.
Technical Proficiency : Strong programming skills in
Python
(with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and
SQL
for data manipulation and analysis.
Machine Learning Experience : Hands‑on experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, tree‑based methods, clustering) and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
AWS Experience : Experience with AWS data processing tools.
Data Visualization : Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib.
Analytical Skills : Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference).
Problem‑Solving : Strong problem‑solving abilities and a curious, tenacious attitude toward exploring large, complex datasets.
Domain Knowledge : Understanding of digital advertising concepts, such as programmatic advertising, bidding strategies, CTR/CVR prediction, attribution modeling, and KPIs.
