Job Overview Seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with hands‑on expertise in LLM‑based systems and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to build next-generation AI systems that utilize large-scale generative models for automated knowledge workflows, content generation, and enterprise-wide productivity tools.
Responsibilities
Implement and fine‑tune LLMs using open-source and proprietary frameworks.
Develop prompt templates and dynamic retrieval pipelines using LangChain or CrewAI.
Optimize model performance for latency, cost, and quality using distillation and quantization methods.
Use RAG techniques and knowledge bases to power contextual generation.
Collaborate on model evaluation frameworks for accuracy, toxicity, bias, and factuality.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years in ML, with 2+ in Generative AI/LLMs.
Experience with GPT‑4, Claude, Mistral, or open-source models like LLaMA2, Mixtral.
Fluency in Python and familiarity with APIs, embeddings, vector DBs (e.g., Chroma, Weaviate).
Experience with model deployment in production (Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace Hub, etc.).
