Key Responsibilities
Serve as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer and Treasurer to the Board of Regents
Provide strategic leadership for
Finance, accounting & budget planning
Human resources
Facilities management & capital planning
Procurement & auxiliary services
Information technology & data security
Student financial services (billing, aid, scholarships)
Campus police & safety
Ensure fiscal strength, transparency, and compliance
Oversee debt management and enterprise risk management
Collaborate with leadership and statewide agencies
Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
10+ years of progressive senior‑level financial & operational leadership in higher education
Expertise in budgeting, accounting, compliance, and facilities oversight
Strong decision‑making, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications MBA, CPA designation, or advanced degree; familiarity with Kentucky higher education and CPE systems
