Position Summary As an Experienced Java Software Engineer, you serve as a member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market‑leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Your work could include developing mobile features, enhancing big‑data trading systems, innovating payments for merchants, or supporting private and public cloud platform integration.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java, contributing to continuous, iterative improvements for product teams.
Execute software solutions, including development and technical troubleshooting.
Write secure, high‑quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
Create architecture and design artifacts for applications, ensuring design constraints are met by code.
Analyze large, diverse data sets and develop visualizations and reporting to improve software applications and systems.
Identify hidden problems and patterns in data, leveraging insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficient in Java coding.
Experience debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, ML, mobile).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with modern front‑end technologies.
Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Exposure to REST‑based API design.
Experience with Cassandra, Kafka, Terraform, Spring Boot, JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace.
