Responsibilities
Develop Infrastructure as Code and scripting to automate tasks, provision managed services, and build tools using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Patch, harden, and maintain compliance of RHEL.
Install, configure, and provide performance tuning utilizing Kubernetes, Docker Compose, Nifi, and cloud‑native logging and metrics collection tools.
Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying code using GitLab runners and Argo CD.
Manage commercial cloud computing platforms (AWS).
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders to support a team‑oriented discipline.
Desired Skills
Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambdas, S3, SNS, SQS, Event Router, Athena, Step Functions) using Terraform.
Understand AWS networking principles (VPCs, NAT, IP Gateway).
Develop and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines for deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure system uptime.
Experience with Kubernetes, focusing on EKS, ECS, and/or Fargate.
Additional Information Onsite full‑time: This position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The role participates in the External Referral Program; referrals receive a $3,000 payment if hired.
